Connifers Care currently has eight care homes, mostly situated throughout North London. Each of their London care homes contain a spacious, individually styled and fully-furnished bedroom, with fitted kitchen and lounge/diner, and are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection. The experienced and caring multi-disciplinary teams of staff are there to provide the highest level of twenty-four hour care in their aim to equip all their service users with skills needed to live independently, and have access to education and employment.
