My husband and I have owned a holiday villa in Majorca for a good number of years where, although we've spent numerous enjoyable holidays, have become somewhat uninspired by the now familiar sights and surroundings.

We looked into selling our current property, and investing into another in a different location to freshen our holidays up a bit. We had fond memories of Bulgaria, after a particularly enjoyable holiday in Sunny Beach the previous year, and so searched the Internet for Bulgarian properties.

That's when we found The Vines, who are a part of McAlpine Homes Ltd. They advertise some fantastic properties in the Bourgas area, set in the Bulgarian countryside. We perused their three bedroom villas, as we tend to bring companions with us on our trips away. They looked fantastic, all brand new, all very welcoming, all very tempting.

We arranged some viewings, and flew out to see what could become our new holiday home. The Vines' staff were lovely, always ready to answer questions and help. The whole process has been a very enjoyable experience, as we come down to the logistics stage of our move.

All is looking well with their fantastic prices and reassuring benefits. In a few weeks time, we'll be relaxing and recuperating in our brand new Bulgarian villa. I for one can't wait!
