Following several extremely enjoyable holidays to Bulgaria, my husband and I began to look into the prospect of purchasing some Bulgarian property, as a retirement holiday home. We thoroughly planned the possibility of the purchase, researching renting costs, and how this would provide us with a return on our purchase price.

With a financial structure in place, we began our search for the perfect holiday property. After regular trips to the country, we had become relatively familiar with the area that we wished to look in to. The prospect of our own property in Bulgaria is truly exciting. With no more booking hassles with hotels, the reality was beginning to sink in that we could actually set off from the airport at anytime we wanted to for a holiday.

We found Bulgaria-properties-homes.co.uk online and instantly fell for their fantastic range of luxury villas. Their development site was in an area that we were familiar with, and we couldn’t have hoped for the location to be more perfect. The site is within good distance of Burgas airport and city centre, as well as popular resorts we had previously visited such as Sunny Beach and Nessebar.

All arrangements are soon to be finalised, and our holiday home is just a few short weeks away.
