Product ReviewsHyperhidrosis25-Nov-2008I discovered last year that I unfortunately suffer from a condition called hyperhidrosis. My condition causes embarrassingly excessive sweating, particularly during periods of anxiety and nervousness. Before I found out about my condition, I tried all kinds of things to prevent, or at least hide my uncomfortable sweating. To try and hide my sweat patched I tried shaving my armpits, taping tissue under my arms, and my worst idea; wearing more layers of clothing, which only served to make me hotter. None of my tactics would work, and I was really starting to feel down, making excuses as to why I was leaving a night out early, or couldn’t go out with my friends at all. Thankfully I found Sweat Guard. They helped me to realise my condition, and showed me the best way to treat it. Although Sweat Guard inform you of the more drastic ways of dealing with hyperhidrosis, such as iontophoresis, Botox, endoscopic ehoracic sympathectomy, and retrodermal curettage, they also supply some brilliant products for a less risky, cheaper alternative. Their sweat pads are fantastic. Simply sew or safety pin them into your clothes, and then never worry about embarrassing sweat patches again. Sweat Guard have given me my old confidence back, and now I’m making up for lost time. Featured Articles
